For help using our returns portal please use our step by step guide below:

1. Click on the returns portal link https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQ3N

2. Type in your order number (found in your confirmation email), along with the zip code or email address you used to place the order, and then press “Next”.

3. Select the items you'd like to return. 

4. Pick the reason why you're returning the item to us. 

5. If you'd like to return all of the items from your order, simply to go "Return all products" option, click the drop down and select the reason for your return, and then press "Next". 

6. This will take you to the final page where you can access your returns label. Please note: The prepaid return shipping cost is not paid separately - it will be deducted from your refund. By using this returns label, you agree to this deduction.
