HOLIDAY SEASON RETURNS POLICY

Want to get your Holiday season shopping done early? We've got you covered!

To make holiday shopping stress-free, all orders can be returned through our usual process until January 8th - giving you plenty of time this festive season.

Note: Anything bought after the 25th of December, 2024 will be subject to our standard returns policy.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Your customer satisfaction is key. We offer a no quibble refund providing you return your garment unworn in the item's original condition and packaging. We offer refunds within 14 days of receipt of receiving your purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or unsuitable.

FAULTY ITEMS

If the received item is faulty, please contact us here. Please quote your order number and full name together with details of the product and the fault. We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 45 days of receipt.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage rates.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an incorrect order please contact us here quoting your name address and order number together with details of the item received and the item ordered. Please also indicate whether you require a replacement or refund. We will advise on how to return the goods.
